Why have I been banned from a gameserver?
Chances are you've either:
Broken our rules, been warned, then broken them again (see our rules page... this includes being abusive to other players)
Repeatedly disconnected from a server, ruining it for everyone else, in which case this ban is temporary and can be lifted
Solution
Speak to a gameserver admin, and they will find out and explain to you why you were banned. It's down to the gameserver admin to decide whether or not to unban you. If you think you are being treated unfairly, speak to an admin, though our gameservers decision is (almost always) final.
Why have I been banned from vent?
Chances are you've either:
Used phantom slots, which takes up slots that other players could use, which is unfair
Flooded/Spammed everyone with text to speak, so much so that its annoyed a vent admin to the point where they've had to ban you (they will kick you first, so to serve as a warning)
Broken our rules, including being abusive to other players.
Solution
Speak to an admin, explain why you were banned and ask (politely) to be unbanned. The vent admin will decide if you are allowed back in or not.
