![]() EA has released several high-quality screenshots of their upcoming game, Medal of Honor. The screenshots don't show any new content, because they are taken from their announcement trailer. However, the higher resolution of the pictures show off more detail, thus allowing the public to have a closer look at what was being shown in the trailer. Medal of Honor is a one-of-a-kind game from a technical aspect. The game will feature not one, but two engine's. A modified Unreal Engine 3 (Unreal Tournament III, Brothers in Arms: Hell's Highway) will be used for the single-player campaign, while the Frostbite engine (Battlefield 1943, Battlefield Bad Company 1 and 2) will take care of the multi-player section. In the single-player campaign, which is based upon authentic battle's between Taliban forces and the U.S. Army, you will play both as a Special Forces operator, and a 'regular' soldier.
Medal of Honor is scheduled for release in the Fall of 2010.
