If there was ever a series of games that simply demanded modding, it was the Elder Scrolls series. The sheer depth and size of Bethesdas worlds, combined with their always excellent modding tools, have meant that there were always thousands of mods covering every imaginable facet of the game. Good article, I have been looking at the FXAA one for a bit but don't like the added saturation, I know its optional but kept me from installing.

one that I would have put into the top 10 is a small mod that helps with immersion it is called No More Blocky Faces it removes artefacts from the chin and nose.
, not sure if the official HD pack fixed it as I installed it before that

example of this from a screen shot I posted in steam screenshot thingy

not a mod as such but the Skyrim script extender is a required install for other mods including SkyUI skse.silverlock.org/

Is there a specific forum that tells us how to install these mods, or can I just ask for help here? lol.

Easy way: use steamworks in steam to subscribe/auto download mods

"Harder" way: use nexus mod manager and SKSE, but lets you use better mods, SkyUI being one of the better ones

download/install skse:
skse.silverlock.org/

download nexus mod manager/set it up:
skyrim.nexusmods.com/content/modmanager/

browse for mods here:
skyrim.nexusmods.com/

Some mods will have a download with manger option, some might not

Best thing to do is use steamworkshop and then use nexus for mods which aren't listed there or that require skse
You may also have to launch using the mod manager if you decide to install skse

SkyUI is worth the trouble though
